Not long ago, I started what’s called a Traveling Blog Journal. You can read my original post about it here. Thus far, our journal had travel to Maryland to visit Kristian. Next, it traveled to Minnesota to visit Joy. From there, the journal ended up in Massachusetts with Heather! You can read about each destination on the page widget I’ve placed in my profile.

I decided I’m going to go next, since there was a stop in the route.
I’m a BORN – N – RAISED Ohioian:) The hospital where I was born no longer has a NICU unit. The small town of which I was raised is called Bellaire ( just like Fresh Prince). It’s a super small industrial town, lining the Ohio River.
I now live in Cleveland, OH.
I never thought I’d live here… Or have ANY reason to stay here… Time most certainly changed that.
Some of my favorite things about home:
Restaurants of all kinds, from mom and pop stops to a variety of cuisine!
Cleveland is full of amazingly designed interior and exterior buildings.
There’s pleasantly just as wildlife as there is city life to enjoy!
Thank you for stopping by! I’m sending this traveling Blog Journal to its next lucky visitor, Julie!!
I would love to pass a blog post, as if a journal, around. For the person tagged, I’d like you to just introduce yourself and tell us from what STATE/COUNTRY you reside. I’d like you to write something interesting about where you live once you’ve identified that. Then you can add a couple of your own details, if you’d like.
Each person who is tagged, please tag someone at the end of your post, and create a pingback to this post
Most of all,
Have Fun! 💖💚🌼
The honor of being our first stop on the traveling journal is Mrs. Kristian W
On Taking Care of You, this exercise mentioned is one of meditation. This also helps you to focus on the elements around you, that your anxiety and /or depression dilutes. You can work yourself down from an anxiety attack. It’s a great little trick to help you refocus.
Diversify the format in which you present your material.
We have fans who can’t see. We have fans who are constantly traveling. We have fans that are preteen or pre-golden. We have fans that speak French, and ones who can’t read fine print. I believe if you accommodate to a bigger audience, your kindness will be returned tenfold.
I love thought provoking questions. They challenge me to consider what I truly believe, ask why, and consider alternative options.
Here’s a great list I found on Pinterest.
The first question caught my interest. I think ” good enough” and ” acceptable” will always be self defined. I believe that their definitions will always vary from one individual to the next. I, also, believe these definitions will change in the course of an individual’s life.
What do I mean by self-defined? I create my definition of what’s “good enough”. I decide what I can live with, a far as accepting who I am.
Varies from one person to the next? Though society has established “social norms”, everyone other than me will need to decide when or if they feel good enough. They’ll know when and/or if they accept themselves. No two people believe exactly the same.
Changing with time? As stimuli begins to challenge my thought process, hormones begin to influence my body and mind, and expierences provide insight, I will alter my definition of ” good enough”. I will change what I believe to be acceptable.
The best concept in this evolving idea, is to love yourself as you are, accept who you are currently, while becoming who you want to be. If you love yourself to understand your imperfections and mortality, you’ll accept yourself with greater confidence.
What are your thoughts regarding feeling ” good enough” and ” that which is acceptable” of yourself?
Thank you for accepting my invitation to join me for coffee and donuts. God knows I need this time, with other like-minded kindered hearts.
This is my first weekend doing a coffee share, so I want to introduce myself. I am Brandy; but, my writing alas is MoonChild Nova or Nova. I want to use that with my writing friends; but, either is fine. I am an Empath, and an INFJ personality type… So I function more on the emotions spectrum than the logic. I love nature, coffee, writing, the arts, basketball, photography, and lots of other things. I’m a mother of a two and a half-year old, and a five and a half year old.
My first story I want to share with you actually took place today. My younger daughter, Calandra, visits her dad on the weekend, so my older daughter and I have quality time together. Today, I decided we were going to the park and collect acorns to bring home for the squirrels here. Here are a few photos of the jewels she and I found(。♥‿♥。)
Just as I finished up picking acorns from a second tree, I heard an animal cry. It was a little squarel. I hadn’t ever heard such a sound before. I turned around and started toward the car and noticed this:
MASSIVE BIRD!! ＼(◎o◎)／ I was shocked!!
Anyway, I’m excited to hear from you lovelies and getting to know you:)
